Ordering Information:
You may order by mail, phone, fax or e-mail.  Mail orders are to be addressed to: Online Vending Machine Sales & Service, P.O. Box 14644, Lenexa, KS 66285-4644.  Phone orders will be taken between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central time Monday through Friday.  Fax and e-mail orders may be sent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You may use our order form.  Our fax number is (913) 541-8630, and our e-mail address is sales@onlinevending.com.  Please include our item number, quantity, and description.  Use your company name, your name, address, zip code and phone number (including area code).  Use your Purchase Order Number, if desired.  We will advise you of packaging, handling and shipping charges per order.

Prices and Minimum Orders:
Prices and availability of merchandise shown herein are subject to change without notice and with the understanding that all merchandise will be invoiced at the price in effect at time of order, with customer's knowledge.  There are no minimum order limits.  Online Vending Machine Sales & Service (Seller) will not be responsible for errors, omissions or incorrect information that may have occurred during the production of this site, although every effort was made to avoid such errors, omissions or incorrect information.  Many items in this site offer quantity price break levels.  These levels may be reached through repeat orders of the same item.  For example, 1-3 units sell for $50 each and 4-10 units sell for $45 each.  When you purchase up to 3 units, your price will be $50 each.  If you order the 4th unit at a later date, you will qualify for the 4-10 unit price break of $45 each.  This discount program is subject to change without notice.  Prices do not include freight.  See Freight Policy. 

Sales Tax:
California state and local sales tax will be charged on all items F.O.B. California.  State and local sales tax will also be charged on sales in the states of Kansas and Missouri.

Payment Terms:
Purchases may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, money order, cashier’s check, 
personal check or company checks.  Personal checks and company checks must clear our bank before any shipment of equipment is made.  All payments must be in U.S. dollars.  Lease Purchases may be made with approved credit.  See Credit Application form.  At any time, Seller, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to require Buyer to pay in full or in part in cash for items ordered prior to shipment or delivery.

Wire Transfer Information:
Payments may also be made via wire transfers.  Please fax Online Vending Machine Sales & Service informing us of your company name, the sender’s name, the date of your wire transfer, the amount of the transfer, and the invoices of orders you are paying.  Our fax number is (913) 541-8630.  Send fax to the attention of Accounts Receivable.  Please call for specific wire transfer information.

Returning Damaged Goods:
Authority for return of damaged merchandise or parts must be obtained from Online Vending Machine Sales & Service.  Such authority shall be granted for each reasonable request.  Unless such authority has been granted, shipment will be refused.  
Buyer is responsible to refuse delivery of goods having visible damage at time of receiving shipment.  Notation of damage must be made on Bill of Lading.  If Online Vending Machine Sales & Service is not notified of unconcealed (visible) damage to goods within 3 days of receipt by Buyer, and damage was not noted on bill of lading, Online Vending Machine Sales & Service will not be responsible for assisting Buyer with  representations made to Manufacturer and/or Carrier.  Be sure to give SALES ORDER or INVOICE NUMBER and SHIP DATE.  Warehouse personnel or drivers are not authorized to approve returns or accept them without prior authorization.

Returns for Credit:
Call, write, or fax Online Vending Machine Sales & Service for return authorization.  Credit for returns will be granted subject to our inspection.  A minimum restocking charge of 25% will be applicable.  Call and receive RMA number from our customer service department.  Be sure to give SALES ORDER or INVOICE NUMBER and SHIPPING DATE.

Warranties:
Online Vending Machine Sales & Service (Seller), being solely a dealer-distributor and not a manufacturer, gives no warranty whatsoever and expressly DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY BY IT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE and the only warranty on any item purchased from Seller is the express warranty, if any, given by the Manufacturer of the item.  Buyer hereby agrees that he/she has no right or remedy against Seller including, but not limited to claims for INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR ANY CAUSE, LOSS, ACTION, CLAIM OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER, OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, ECONOMIC OR INCIDENTAL LOSS arising out of or related in any way to any item purchased from Seller.  Any liability of Seller to Buyer shall be limited and shall not exceed the price of the item on which such liability is based.  All items sold by Seller to Buyer are sold WITH ALL FAULTS and Seller’s sole obligation to Buyer is to use due diligence in an effort to cause the manufacturer of any item which is defective to repair or replace such item. 

Advice:
Any statement of advice (including but not limited to advice regarding the quantity of goods necessary for a particular job, or the suitability of a particular product for a particular use) is provided by Seller solely as a courtesy to Buyer and is not guaranteed.  No such statement or advice shall subject Seller to any liability whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or other grounds.

Freight Policy:
In the absence of special instruction on “how to ship”, we will use our best judgment to afford greater savings to our customers in forwarding merchandise, and will ship in the most economical and efficient way.  All shipments are prepaid and each shipment or delivery shall be considered a separate and independent transaction and will be shipped anywhere in the contiguous United States, using routing of our choice.  Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as customer’s carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee.  Title and risk of loss pass to customer on delivery to the common carrier.  If product was damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier.  Orders are carefully packaged and are filled with merchandise in good condition.  Unfortunately, there are occasions when merchandise is damaged during shipment and arrives in unacceptable condition.  In all such instances, the Carrier is responsible for safe delivery of the merchandise, and ALL CLAIMS FOR BREAKAGE AND DAMAGE, WHETHER OBVIOUS OR CONCEALED, MUST BE MADE TO THE CARRIER BY THE BUYER UPON RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE OR WITHIN 3 DAYS FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE, AND 15 DAYS FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE, AFTER RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT.
