Ordering Information
You may order by mail, phone, fax, e-mail or online. Mail orders
are to be addressed to: Online Vending Machine Sales & Service,
P.O. Box 14644, Lenexa, KS 66285-4644. Phone orders will be
taken between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central time Monday
through Friday. Fax and e-mail orders may be sent 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. You may use our order form. Our fax number
is (913) 541-8630, and our e-mail address is
sales@onlinevending.com. Please include our item number,
quantity, and description. Use your company name, your name,
address, zip code and phone number (including area code). Use
your Purchase Order Number, if desired. We will advise you of
packaging, handling and shipping charges per order.
You may also place orders at our website 24/7/365 and take
advantage of our Name Your Own Price feature and our Instant
real time Shipping Information and handling of freight quotes
features.
Prices and Minimum Orders
Prices and availability of merchandise shown herein are subject
to change without notice. It should also be the customers
understanding that all merchandise will be invoiced at the price
in effect at time of order, with customer's knowledge. There are
no minimum order limits. Online Vending Machine Sales & Service,
Inc (Seller) will not be responsible for errors, omissions or
incorrect information that may have occurred during the
production of this site, although every effort was made to avoid
such errors, omissions or incorrect information. Prices do not
include freight unless specifically stated that certain
equipment includes shipping and handling fees. This information
would be found in the Item Description box toward the bottom of
the page.
The use of Site
The use of the Site is intended strictly for parties that can
lawfully enter into and agree to contracts under applicable law.
This Site is not available to minors. All such users who do not
meet these criteria are expressly prohibited from registering
and using the Site.
“Name Your Own Price” Terms and Conditions:
Now you can save on the purchase of most items we sell by Naming
Your Own Price.
The way it works is you shop around for the items you are
interested in purchasing and get your best price on the same
exact ITEM, then, come back and visit us and select the same
ITEM and place it in the shopping cart. Once you begin the check
out process, you will have an opportunity to name your own price
with that of a lower one than the best price you were able to
find while shopping around on the internet or anywhere else for
that matter.
Within a few seconds we will let you know if we accept your
price, and if we do, your transaction will be finalized. There
will be no charge backs with this program whatsoever and the
purchase may only be paid for by using Master Card, Visa,
American Express or Discover Card. No other form of payment is
accepted on our website when using the Name Your Own Price
feature.
Now, the savings will not stop there, we will also save you
money on shipping and handling fees and you may compare and see
for yourself. We also offer a wide range of shipping options
(Shipping Information) once you get to the check out portion of
your transaction. That’s right, big savings each and every day

Machines will ship according to the shipping lead-time mentioned
in the Delivery section of each Item listing.
Sales Tax
State and local sales tax will also be charged as applicable by
law.
Payment Terms
Purchases may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
Discover Card, money order, cashier check, personal check or
company checks as well as e-checks online. Personal checks and
company checks must clear our bank before any shipment of
equipment is made. Allow an additional 10 days for checks to
process. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Lease Purchases
may be made with approved credit. See Credit Application form.
At any time, Seller, at its sole discretion, reserves the right
to require Buyer to pay in full or in part in cash for items
ordered prior to shipment or delivery.
Wire Transfer Information
Please fax or email us informing us of your company name, the
sender’s name, the date of your wire transfer, the amount of the
transfer, and the invoice number of the order you are paying.

Accounts Receivable. Please Contact Us for specific wire
transfer information.
All Sales are Final
All sales are final and we will not accept any returns of
merchandise. If a product has some technical problems the
manufactures will have an opportunity to resolve the issue. In
the event that there is no possible resolution to a problem,
then we will work with the manufacturer to see how they may
replace the merchandise. Buyer will be obligated to accept a
replacement unit and may not demand a refund.
Before any merchandise is shipped back to the manufacturer,
buyer must obtain a return authorization number and follow the
specific procedure of that particular manufacturer. Online
Vending will be happy to assist in this matter.
Return/ Exchange Policy
For any exchange or return, all items must be in the original
condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories.
They must also be free of any writing. All returns and exchanges
must be authorized. A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained
before any item may be returned. Any unauthorized items will not
be accepted and will be shipped back at your expense.
No Items that have been used, custom manufactured or made to
order may be returned. No edible products such as bulk candy or
gumballs may be returned. When we receive your returned item, we
will inspect it to ensure it is re-sellable. If it is re
sellable then the following will occur. Non-defective stock
products returned for an exchange or refund are subject to a 35%
restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed
box. Stock products returned in new and unopened condition will
be subject to a 30% Restocking fee, less shipping charges. We
can only credit the credit card account that was used for the
original purchase and all shipping and handling fees that were
charged to the credit card to ship the machine in the first
place will not be refunded.
No returns or exchanges will be authorized past 30 days from
receipt.
Cancellations of Orders
Should you wish to cancel an order that was placed and the order
was not yet shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of
your purchase. If the order had already shipped, then please
refer to our Return/Exchange Policy. Equipment purchased through
our “Name Your Own Price” program will be subject to a 20% Order
Cancellation Fee.
Warranties
Online Vending Machine Sales & Service (Seller), being solely a
dealer-distributor and not a manufacturer, gives no warranty
whatsoever and expressly DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY BY IT, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE,
INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE
and the only warranty on any item purchased from Seller is the
express warranty, if any, given by the Manufacturer of the item.
Buyer hereby agrees that he/she has no right or remedy against
Seller including, but not limited to claims for INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR ANY CAUSE, LOSS, ACTION,
CLAIM OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER, OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY OR
ANY OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, ECONOMIC OR INCIDENTAL LOSS arising out
of or related in any way to any item purchased from Seller. Any
liability of Seller to Buyer shall be limited and shall not
exceed the price of the item on which such liability is based.
All items sold by Seller to Buyer are sold WITH ALL FAULTS and
Sellers sole obligation to Buyer is to use due diligence in an
effort to cause the manufacturer of any item which is defective
to repair or replace such item. Online Vending will assist the
customer and help to rectify any equipment problems.
Advice
Any statement of advice (including but not limited to advice
regarding the quantity of goods necessary for a particular job,
or the suitability of a particular product for a particular use)
is provided by Seller solely as a courtesy to Buyer and is not
guaranteed. No such statement or advice shall subject Seller to
any liability whether based on contract, warranty, tort
(including negligence) or other grounds.

INFORMATION FOR THE U.S.A.
Not a “One Price Fits All” Shipping Policy Approach
It is important to note that our company is not in the practice
of charging a one price fits all type of policy when it comes to
shipping and handling solutions. We are of the opinion that each
and every shipment we make should be calculated fairly for each
customer and for every item sold on our website. When ordering
multiples of the same equipment, we may be able to change the
method of shipping in order to reduce the shipping cost. (So,
for example, if you order one machine that weighs less than 100
lbs, we would ship it via UPS or FedEx, but, if you ordered 10
of those same items, we could place them on a pallet and ship
the order to you by LTL (Less Than Truck Load Common Carrier)
and save you money. We will always notify our customers of such
decisions and make sure you are satisfied with the method we
have chosen to recommend that will make most sense and that is
cost effective. You will always have the final say in how your
order ships.
How Our Instant Real Time Shipping Quotes Work
We would like to bring your attention to a feature you should
know about right away regarding our instant real time shipping
quotes. After clicking on the first item of interest, you may
click on the View Shipping Charges link and it will ask three
quick questions; once that has been done and within a few
seconds you will have an approximate shipping estimate for that
item. From there forward any item you click on, the shipping
estimate will automatically appear. You may also have an
opportunity to change your destination Zip Code for other
delivery estimates. Please Note that Shipments to Alaska and
Hawaii falls under international shipping and will require
special quotes.
Who Are Our Shipping Carriers?
Online Vending uses companies such as FedEx and UPS as our small
package solutions carriers and the world wide carrier YRC for
LTL (Less Than Truck Load Common Carrier) shipping of equipment
over 100 lbs.
Online Vending ships orders to both commercial addresses and
residential addresses. Commercial addresses are defined as
business addressees situated on commercially zoned real estate,
as determined by the freight carrier. Residential addresses
include homes, apartments, condominiums, and other dwellings
designated by the carrier as a residential address. Deliveries
to residential addresses may incur additional fees.
Once you make a selection of an item to purchase and you have
moved to the check out process, you will have many shipping
options from each of our carriers over and beyond the initial
quote on the items page. FedEx and UPS will have options such as
next day; two and three day delivery just to name a few. Under
the LTL (Less Than Truck Load Common Carrier) shipping options
you will find choices such as *Curbside Delivery Program,
*National Inside Delivery Program, residential and commercial
deliveries all with lift gate service or without. We have worked
hard and invested much time, effort and expense to interface our
software platform with that of the three chosen carriers for
your convenience. We offer real time shipping quotes which are
some of the lowest cost shipping solutions of anyone. We pass on
our discounted rates to you our customers in order to save you
even more.
*National Curbside Delivery Program is where the merchandise is
delivered to you and off loaded to your dock or placed on the
lift gate and off loaded to the ground. From there it is the
customer’s responsibility to take the machine inside and place
it where you want. This is a great inexpensive option for those
who have the material handling equipment and the help to handle
the equipment and place it where they choose. Common carriers
shipments require a signature at the time of delivery. Please
Note: You will need proper equipment and personnel to unload
products delivered via common carrier, as their drivers are not
required to provide assistance in unloading your order.
*National Inside Delivery Program is where the merchandise is
delivered, off loaded from the truck or trailer to a dock or by
lift gate to the ground and taken through the first threshold
into the location, building or structure.
*Specially Requested Inside Turnkey Delivery Program is where
the merchandise is delivered, off loaded from the truck or
trailer to a dock or by lift gate to the ground and taken into
the location, building or structure.
The machine is then unpackaged and uncrated, the trash is hauled
away and the machine is placed exactly were the customer
chooses. Customer does nothing but oversee the project. There
are additional charges for stairs and we will need to know about
that in advance.

we secure a final and best up to the minute shipping and
handling rate quote cost just before shipments are made to
guarantee the fairest possible shipping rates to both seller and
buyer. We will notify you in the event there are any major

We would like to also point out that when checking out your
shopping basket purchases, we have designed our invoice to have
a combination of UPS, FedEx and YRC shipments calculated on the

Other Shipping Carriers
Online Vending Machine Sales & Service, Inc. reserves the right
to use a wide range of other national and international carriers
when dealing with special and unique and/or unusual shipping
situations. However, in any instance this will be done with the
full knowledge and consent of our customers as the best possible
method to deal with a particular situation.
International Shipping
All shipping and handling quotes on our website and those in our
shopping cart are strictly for the continental U.S.A.
International shipping and handling will be dealt with on a one
and one basis to insure the very best arrangements will be made
to get your purchases and merchandise to anywhere in the world,
via the very best carriers in the business servicing your
destination. All Canadian and international shipments may incur
Tariffs and Taxes for there delivery location which will be the
customers responsibility. Make sure that you are aware of what
those liabilities are before hand.
Time Frame for Getting Orders Shipped Out and Shipment
Tracking
Most of the equipment and products on our website will normally
ship from the warehouse within 2 to 8 business days depending on
the item purchased and the method of payment. It is then shipped
via the method selected and agreed upon by the buyer and seller.
You may find reference to the estimated shipping lead time found
in the delivery section of the Items listings, you will then
have to add the time that it will take for the actual delivery
time based on the shipping method selected. Estimated shipping
lead time is subject to change without notice as we are subject
to similar policies by and from our suppliers. Once the item has
been shipped, we will email you the tracking number to the email
address you provided us when you placed the order so you may
keep tabs on where your product is as it moves through the
shipping process. PLEASE NOTE that if you have made multiple
purchases of different types of equipment, they will be shipped
from various warehouses around the country and will require
several and separate email tracking number confirmations to you
of shipped items.
Notification of Shipment
Customers will be notified by the LTL carriers (Less Than Truck
Load Common Carrier) of when delivery will take place. There is
usually a charge associated with this service; however, we have
made special arrangements with our carrier to provide this
service at no additional charges.
Packaging of Merchandise
All merchandise is packaged by the manufactures to meet all
shipping and handling codes set forth by all of the carriers
nationally and internationally. It is in no ones interest to
have damaged freight as a result of badly packed merchandise.
Therefore we are confident that all merchandise will be shipped
and handled to the best of the ability of the manufacturers and
the shipping companies.
Damaged Shipments and Procedures for Filing Claims
Once our customer receives their delivery and before signing for
the merchandise, please be sure to do the following if possible
for your own protection:
1. Uncrate the merchandise while the trucking company is still
at the site and before you sign the bill of lading. Check for
any concealed damage to the merchandise. If there is no damage,
then sign the bill of lading and that concludes there part in
the shipping process.
2. If the merchandise had to be shipped and received by someone
else who did not see any outside damage to the package but did
not uncrate the machine to check further and signed for it, then
later found concealed damage to the merchandise please follow
step #4. This is only if you feel the damage is not repairable.
Please note that you only have 3 days for visible damage and 15
days from date of receiving the shipment to report and file a
claim on concealed damage. If you see that there is clear and
obvious visible damage before the item is even uncrated, and the
damage is very serious and not something you feel you want to
live with, please do not receive the shipment and make sure that
the driver makes a notation reflecting the magnitude of damage
to the merchandise on the bill of lading and to note that the
customer had declined to accept the shipment. After that is done
you may have to sign below that notation that you declined
shipment due to damage.
3. In the event you the customer end up with damaged
merchandise, it will be your responsibility to file a claim. If
you call us, we will gladly try to help you in any way possible
to expedite and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Title and risk of loss pass to customer on delivery to the
common carrier. If product was damaged in transit, recipient
must file claim with carrier. Orders are carefully packaged and
are filled with merchandise in good condition. Unfortunately,
there are occasions when merchandise is damaged during shipment
and arrives in unacceptable condition. In all such instances,
the Carrier is responsible for safe delivery of the merchandise,
and ALL CLAIMS FOR BREAKAGE AND DAMAGE, WHETHER OBVIOUS OR
CONCEALED, MUST BE MADE TO THE CARRIER BY THE BUYER UPON
RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE OR WITHIN 3 DAYS FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE,
AND 15 DAYS FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE, AFTER RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT.
Express Service
When you want an order delivered as quickly as possible, ask for
"Express Service". We will make every effort to select the
fastest means to deliver your order. Please keep in mind that it
may be quite costly to ship with this method.
